Privacy

Iskra Studio makes Iskra (the decision studio) and Kiln (specialists and Lens). This page is how we handle information. Plain language first.

What we collect

Account. If you sign up: name, email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider), and optional Google or X profile details those services send us.

Studio plan. If you unlock Studio while signed in, we store which plan (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) on your account so it follows you between Iskra and Kiln.

Payments. Cards are charged live by Stripe (WriteToPublish). We do not see or store full card numbers. Stripe’s privacy policy covers the card data they process.

On this device. Pages, Forks, tables, Kiln benches, trial counters, and the local Studio unlock live in your browser (local storage). We do not see that store unless you send us a message that includes it.

What you type and upload. Notes, Talk turns, Forks, Table problems, image prompts, and Lens files are sent to our servers so the product can answer. Live replies use an AI model provider. When that provider is paused, Iskra and Kiln run a local studio protocol on the server instead.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your chats to advertise other companies’ products. We do not train a public “Iskra model” on your private pages in this product.

Who else sees something

AI provider. Prompts and needed context (and, for Lens or Image, a frame or description) go to the model that generates the reply. Treat sensitive secrets the way you would in any AI app: don’t paste bank passwords, medical records you wouldn’t want processed, or other people’s private data.

Sign-in. Google or X only see what you authorize on their screen. We receive an identifier, name, and email they provide.

Payments. Card charges go through Stripe. We do not receive your full card number.

Cookies and session

A session cookie (or a preview token) keeps you signed in. That is for login, not tracking ads.

How long we keep it

Device data stays until you clear it or delete those pages in the app. Account and plan data stay until you ask us to delete the account, or we close the service.

Your choices

Delete pages, Forks, tables, and benches in the app. Clear site data in your browser to wipe the on-device store. Email samantha.west@iskraaihub.us from the address on your account if you want the account and Studio plan removed. We will do that within a reasonable time.

Children

Iskra and Kiln are not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13. Studio purchases are for people 18 or older.
