Terms
These terms cover Iskra and Kiln, together “the studio,” operated under the name Iskra Studio. If you don’t agree, don’t use the apps.
Iskra Studio is the operating name of this product. It may not yet be a registered company. When a company is formed, these terms transfer to it.
The product
Iskra is a decision studio: Write, Talk, Image, Forks, and The Table. Kiln is specialists (including Forge for code) and Lens. One Studio pass is meant to open both.
Not professional advice
Iskra, Kiln, Forks, The Table, Talk, and any bot are tools for thinking. They are not a lawyer, doctor, therapist, licensed financial advisor, or emergency service. Futures on Forks are scenarios, not predictions. Closed loops on The Table are a record you keep — not a guarantee of the next outcome. Lens is a studio opinion on a picture or video frame, not a forensic lab and not evidence. You decide what to do. If you need licensed help, hire it.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You must be 13 or older to use the studio, and 18 or older to buy Studio.

Trial and Studio
New use starts a 7-day trial with limited notes, images, and closed loops. Prices shown in the app today are $14 / month, $99 / year, or $199 once for lifetime access to this studio as it exists.
Checkout is a live Stripe charge. Monthly is $14, yearly is $99, lifetime is $199. You must be signed in. Your card is billed — this is not a test payment. The statement shows WRITE2PUBLISH. Studio unlocks after Stripe confirms the payment. Monthly and yearly are subscriptions you can cancel in Stripe. Lifetime is one charge. Refunds: email samantha.west@iskraaihub.us within 7 days of a first purchase if you have not used paid features heavily. “Lifetime” means ongoing access to Iskra and Kiln as offered, not a promise that every future feature stays included or that the operator never shuts the service down. We may change prices for new purchases.
Your content and AI output
You keep what you write and upload. You give us a license to process it so the studio can run (send it to the model, show it back to you, store a plan on your account). Output is provided as-is. It can be wrong. You are responsible for how you use it — including code from Forge.
Acceptable use
Don’t break the law, probe other people’s accounts, overload the service, try to trick Lens for fraud, use the studio to harm children, or use lookups of people to stalk, dox, harass, or run unofficial hiring/housing/credit checks. We can suspend an account that does.
Public records
When Iskra searches the web about a person, a case, or an arrest, it only reports what is already published (newsrooms, official court or sheriff pages). It is not a consumer reporting agency, not FCRA-compliant, and not a background check. Do not use it to decide employment, housing, credit, or insurance. Arrest is not a conviction. Records can be wrong, incomplete, sealed, or outdated. Iskra will not invent a charge.
Availability
Live AI can pause when the model provider is unavailable. Forks, The Table, and Lens may still run a local studio protocol. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime.
Disclaimer and limit
The studio is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Iskra Studio is not liable for decisions you make after using Forks, The Table, Lens, or any reply; for lost profits; or for data left only on a device you clear. If a court requires a cap, it is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new terms.
